Cancellation and refunds

How clients of Nikita Anatolyevich Derevenko, self-employed (Russian professional income tax), Tax ID (INN) 532004404152, can cancel a service and get a refund. Based on Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Article 782 of the Civil Code. The exact terms for your project are set out in the contract.

  1. 1.You can cancel at any time

    You can cancel at any stage — before work starts or while it is in progress — with no penalties and no reason required. Just message me on Telegram @NikitaDerevenko, via WhatsApp, Telegram or MAX at +7 996 939-74-94 or by email at nikita.derevenko@yandex.ru.

  2. 2.How much is refunded

    • if work has not started — the full prepayment;
    • if work has started — the prepayment minus the cost of completed stages and expenses actually incurred; I send the breakdown with my reply;
    • the results of paid, completed stages (copy, mock-ups, configured campaigns, code) stay with you.

  3. 3.What is not refunded by me

    • ad budget: you pay it directly to the ad platform, and any unspent balance is refunded under that platform’s rules;
    • third-party services registered in your name: domain, hosting, paid fonts and photos, CRM and payment provider fees.

  4. 4.Refund timing and method

    Money is returned within 10 days of receiving your cancellation, by the original payment method or to the details you provide. A correction receipt is issued in the “My Tax” app.

  5. 5.If the work has defects

    If the result does not match the contract, you can ask for the defects to be fixed free of charge, a proportionate price reduction, or cancellation with a refund for that stage (Article 29 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law).

    Not getting a specific number of leads or sales is not a defect: ad results depend on the product, prices, competition and budget (see Terms of work).

  6. 6.Deadline guarantee

    If a stage launches later than the contract date through my fault, the price of that stage is reduced by 20%.
