Privacy policy
Version of 29 October 2026
This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006 and covers all personal data the operator receives through derevenko-media.ru. The Russian version is the governing text.
1.Who processes your data
The personal data operator is Nikita Anatolyevich Derevenko, a self-employed professional (Russian professional income tax), tax ID (INN) 532004404152.
For any data question: Telegram @NikitaDerevenko.
2.What data is processed
No special categories or biometric data are processed. Please don’t include anything unnecessary in the forms.
- your name, if you provide it;
- your contact details: Telegram, phone number or email;
- the link to your profile, website or ad account, your message and quiz answers;
- technical details of the request: the ad campaign UTM tags and the page the request was sent from;
- your IP address — only to protect the forms from spam, not stored;
- if you accept analytics cookies — anonymised Yandex Metrica data: pages viewed, actions on the site, device and browser type.
3.Why
- to reply to your request and get in touch;
- to prepare a free audit, a work plan and a quote;
- to conclude and perform a contract;
- to improve the site using anonymised statistics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
4.Legal grounds
- your consent to the processing of personal data, given with a separate tick box in the form;
- concluding and performing a contract to which you are a party.
5.What happens to the data
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — both automated and manual.
6.Who receives the data
The operator does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties, except where needed for the purposes above or required by law. The site relies on:
- Yandex.Cloud LLC — to receive form submissions and store their copies on servers in Russia;
- GitHub, Inc. (USA) — to host the site’s pages; when you open a page it receives technical request data (IP address, browser type), form data is not sent to it; this is a cross-border transfer based on your consent;
- the Telegram messenger — to deliver a new-request notification to the operator; this may involve cross-border transfer, which is based on your consent;
- Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica) — only if you accept analytics cookies.
7.Where and how long data is stored
Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, organised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation.
Data is kept until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after your last request if no contract is signed. Contract-related data is kept for the periods required by law, including tax law. After you withdraw consent, data is deleted within 30 days unless there is another legal ground to keep it.
8.Your rights
Send requests via Telegram @NikitaDerevenko. You’ll get a reply within 10 business days.
- to receive information about how your data is processed;
- to require your data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
- to withdraw your consent at any time;
- to complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or to a court.
10.How data is protected
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, only the operator can access requests, and the forms are protected against automated submissions.
11.Changes to this policy
The operator may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
