Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” in a form on derevenko-media.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Nikita Anatolyevich Derevenko, a self-employed professional, tax ID (INN) 532004404152 (the operator), processing my personal data on the following terms. The Russian version is the governing text.

  1. 1.What data

    My name, contact details (Telegram, phone number or email), the link to my business, my message and quiz answers, UTM tags and the page the request was sent from.

  2. 2.What for

    To reply to my request, prepare an audit, a work plan and a quote, and to conclude and perform a contract.

  3. 3.What actions

    Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — both automated and manual.

    I agree to my data being transferred to Yandex.Cloud LLC to receive and store the request on servers in Russia, and to the Telegram messenger to deliver a request notification to the operator, including cross-border transfer.

  4. 4.Term and withdrawal

    This consent is valid for 3 years from the moment the form is sent, or until withdrawn.

    I can withdraw consent at any time by messaging the operator on Telegram @NikitaDerevenko. The operator will stop processing and delete the data within 30 days unless there is another legal ground to keep it.
