Online booking for a barbershop in Telegram: bot and Mini App

What it solves

Barbershop clients message and wait for the admin to reply, and some leave without booking. Booking needs to take a couple of taps — no calls or back-and-forth.

What I did

1. 1Bot: service → time → confirmation, with price and duration.
2. 2Mini App: a screen with services, barbers and a calendar of free slots.
3. 3Reschedule or cancel with one button, plus a reminder to the client.
4. 4A notification to the barber and the admin for every booking.
